Meet Ramona
Hello everyone, I am Ramona Werst, your ‘Digital Recipe Genie’ “I live and breathe food and recipes.”
I am a self taught home chef but early on I carefully followed Masterclass courses and cooking techniques from Gordon Ramsay, Christopher Kimball, America’s Test Kitchen, Dominique Ansel, Thomas Keller, Adam Ragusea, Alton Brown, and several others. These experts are great mentors to anyone intested in learning the best practices in cooking and I pay very close attention to them all to this very day.
My adventure in cooking is sharing techniques and recipes with others by publishing my own recipes in a digital format and using internet delivered written and downloadable instructions with YouTube videos to fully explain each recipe.
